2pm Meet & Greet at National Park (1)
Newy town ride. Roll out at 3pm for a cruisy ride to take in a few sights n sounds
Feats of strength & daring - 2027 hosting rights
Ride finish, Social intercourse and dinner at Carrington Bowling Club (2)
Rego packs available at Carro Bowlo

🗓️ Friday 1 May:
Start at Lambton Park (3). You can pick up rego packs between 9 and 9.30.
Social ride roll out at 9.30 - Brunker Road trails and Glenrock
More feats of strength & daring (and perhaps even skill)
Lunch stop at the iconic Queens Wharf, followed by Newy beach shenanigans
Social intercourse / dinner at Grainfed Brewing Company (5)
Pick up any remaining rego packs

ASSNATS ! Meeting point Kevin Evans Oval (next to Holmesville skate park) (6), (Plan to be there by 10.30)
Ride out options available from Lambton Park (3), Federal Park (7), Teralba Station (8)
Australian National SS King and Queen to be crowned on the trails of Killingworth and Holmesville

A gathering has been prepared for the formal crowning of said King & Queen at Club Kotara (9)

We do recommend you book accommodation soon however. Central Newcastle is not overly well stocked with camping options. So pub, hotel, airbnb are recommended. A small and not comprehensive list of places you can camp and still bike commute to:

The Theme
In honor of our steel-making roots, we’re going full steampunk! Expect dubious inventions and outrageously impractical costumes. Dress up as much as you like and enjoy a weekend where style points are just as important as speed.
Remember, the most meaningful “ride” is on Saturday. Theme up once, twice, three times….it’s up to you.
